Esro Pet Foods has built a brand-new sorting, grinding, separating and plate freezing facility in Nuenen, NL, with the plant commissioning in April 2025.
We incorporated the latest technology into the building, including modern equipment and even solar panels and battery electrical storage to be as sustainable as we can.
We are supported by 50% shareholder Scales Corporation, a New Zealand publicly listed company continuously in business since 1897 and with sister pet food ingredient companies around the world processing in excess of 165,000 MT of product annually for our customers.
What We Do
Sorting
We sort various offal items into their separate pieces, so we can supply blended products or individual items to meet customer specifications.
Grinding
We grind and can emulsify ground products to supply a uniform product for easy processing.
Separating
We can mechanically separate meats to provide an MDM finished product.
Plate Freezing
All products are plate frozen for rapid temperature removal, then cut into manageable sized blocks before being stacked on a pallet and securely wrapped for transport to our customers’ premises.
